Something a bit different

While in Australia Lee and John of Yadeno Fibercraft made me some hand made felt fabric...it's handmade felt with a cotton backing which is wonderful to make a felt doll with...and then they made me some small bits to embellish her with...I knew right away what she would look like...so finally I am finished with her...it will be an exclusive pattern only thru Yadeno Fibercraft
yadeno@halenet.com.au or thru me...these are horrid pictures BUT my new camera well my new/old camera is on it's way and you can bet I will have better pictures next week...but had to share I thought she was fun and wow what fun to embellish with a felting needle instead of glue or needle and thread...

What a little doll! She's fabulous! I bet those Yadeno folks are going to be tickled pink! Tell us more about the cotton backed felt please.

I am looking forward to hearing what Lee thinks...she is a delight to work with...they do the felting on a piece of light weight cotton fabric sort of like gauze but tighter weave then bandage kind...it give the felt strength so that you can stuff with out the piece coming apart...
