Being a Gma

Well I had the girls yesterday and we did "Art" funny Rhi prefers coloring pages that are printed and works hard to stay in the line...Scarlett loves a blank page...here is what Scarlett did with pastels...Rhi wants to make a doll and I have them again on Friday...so maybe gpa will keep scarlett busy so rhi can work on a doll...we shall see...time sure flies as Scarlett will be two next week...OH MY

Finished...yipppeeee

I'm finished with what I am doing...jean is making a medallion for the front cover and Sprite is making two little dragons one to sleep in the cave/stand behind and one to peek over the edge of the top of the book...but I'm tickled and know Jeff will be thrilled...

coming along...

well my piece is coming along...it's a piece for Jeff (hubby's) 20 year clean time bday...I figure he has been a good boy that many years he deserves something special...you will notice that we now have bear tracks...that is his totem and so they needed to be added...she doesn't have her eyes yet...so she is spokey and is tied down so that she will dry in place...

Well the weather is so stange everywhere...we live close to the Iowa River and it's out of it's bank...this is a field that is next to our house...well it usually is a field...looks like we have lake front property at this point...one of the roads leading to our house has water over it...good thing there is another way to town...oh my

Illusion of Costuming book finally finished....

Oh my I'm a year over due...I have been working on a new booklet called Illusion of Costuming...it is 7 Virtues....it takes a basic pattern and creates 7 dolls plus how I do the Illusion of Costuming...it's been proof read right now...and so for those who have been waiting for ever as you prepaid...I will start mailings on monday...yippeee and here is the final doll for the book...OH MY thank you to all who have supported this adventure and held on while my life was crazier then it's ever been this last year...and I even have how to do Chantal in the book for those who have asked for many years for me to put out her pattern to go with the mold...
