I have to say I couldn't resist...since I'm playing with my camera and there is a guy who keeps cows this time of year on the a joining property that our friend owns we have cows right out the back door more or less...is this too cute...

Altered shirts

Well I've been on a roll altering men's fruit of the loom tshirts for my "summer wear"...I did some sweatshirts for winter...I'm calling them "trashy wear" rofl...

New doll coming by Jacque and me...

This is the new head that Jacque sculpted...then I've painted it and will turn her into a new pattern and jeff will set it up as a new pressmold...I am so excited...she needs a name...

okay I got a closeup of the one wall...plus I did get 2nd coat on some of the trim...the green rod will be cut for curtains to be put on and it does get blue trim between wall and celing...

studio update...

Well i played with the walls some today so wanted to share progress...

She's coming to be...

I have been working on her after painting each night...she got her hair tonight...

Taking a day off tomorrow...yipppeee

Well I got the walls glazed...stucco primed and first coat of color on them...I didn't get them cut in around the edges will have to wait til friday as tomorrow i'm taking the day off...yippeee....I still need to glaze the yellow walls but that will have to wait til the weekend since the paint has to set 24 hours and I tried to do it tonight but am too exhausted to do it...oh well...so far so good...and the back ground of the pic is my studio walls finished

we have color....

Well I got the ceilings painted the 2nd time...and cut in...wohoo that is done...got the first coat of COLOR on the walls all tho the pics they look red...they are really terracotta...I got them cut in but they need a 2nd coat tomorrow...I will prime the stucco walls tomorrow and they will get painted yellow...then I get to play with detailing...wohooo I can't wait...but I really love it already...

New doll coming to be

Spent the day in my studio

I got the ceilings painted and finished priming the main room...i need a 2ND coat on the ceiling tomorrow first thing...cause then I get to paint color...wohooo...Jeff got the one wall and the walls behind the fire place stuccoed...oh I'm excited...also here is one of the red chairs we got for my studio...wohooo

Easter

Oh what fun...the girls did the their easter hunt...food was yummy...Scarlett and Rhi played and ate Candy...look at lil Scarlett and chocolate...OH MY

Well Rhi got her 18 eggs finished...I helped her dye them, but she sponged them and put Dora stickers on them by herself...oh my Now we have egg fingers teehee

Easter Weekend

Well Rhi spent last night and tonight with us...she is helping gpa make grilled cheese sandwiches...tonight she and I color eggs...then tomorrow we will go to the Easter egg hunt in Albion...Tatum and Scarlett will join us...the it will be time for Rhi to go home and we will get our Easter stuff finished for mom/dad's house on Sunday...
